Director, Kepler HealthcareCarries a strong, consistent track record built on disciplined processes and effective team-building. Closely involved in national-level strategic decisions, he has driven much of the planning behind Kepler Healthcare's growth and now leads the company's expansion into neuropsychiatry through Vibronica.
Mr. R. Satyanarayan
Founder & Operational Head, VibronicaBrings over 38 years of leadership across Sales, Marketing and Corporate Governance. His work is intensely focused on Clinical Research addressing Therapy Gaps in Neuro-Developmental and Neuro-Degenerative Disorders — including indigenous tools for Home Engagement of the Special Child, Music Therapy, and Parental Training.

Head – HRDWith over 27 years of leadership experience across education and pharmaceuticals, she brings a unique blend of people development and business expertise. Currently leading HR at Kepler, she focuses on strategic talent acquisition, employee empowerment, impactful training, and building a culture of equality, innovation, and excellence. Her vision is to make Kepler a best place to work through progressive, people-first HR practices.

GM – SalesBegan his career at Lupin, spending 15 years there, before moving on to FDC and Tablets India. Brings 36 years of pharma industry experience and is a strong advocate for coaching field colleagues in concept selling.
